Gordon Murray Design -- One Formula Exhibition --
Celebrating 50 years of design We can now share a very special virtual tour around an "invitation only" exhibition staged in November 2017 to celebrate Gordon Murray and his amazing 50 years of innovation and design in both Formula 1 and road cars.
With an estimated £200 million+ of cars gathered together the exhibition charts his career from his home in South Africa, through the Brabham and McLaren Formula 1 years, the iconic F1 road and race cars to the present day and his disruptive iStream technology. This interactive virtual space captures a collection, unlikely to be ever gathered together again, and is packed with information and images from the exhibition which can be read and viewed by clicking on the colour coded tags. You can sit in some of the cars and see the same view as legends of F1 such as Ayrton Senna, Niki Lauda and Nelson Piquet.
